Mary Tinker's father, Robert, was the church warden for St. Johns Church in Berkshire. So a wedding between Matthias and Mary might have occurred there, but I do believe that we have a record of that already, no? I thought that Jim Churchyard had it posted to his site at one point.

Are you certain that Nicholas and Elizabeth were twins, or of their birth dates? Nicholas is recorded as being born in 1622, is Elizabeth as well?

If we can nail those birth dates down then your theory gains even more credibility.
