Like I stated previously, I started a DNA Project a few years ago for alternate spellings of St. John, they include:

Sintgen, Soenchen, SinJiin, Sansone, Sanzone,Sanson, Sampson, Samson, Samsone, St. John, Saint John, Saint Jean, Saint Sanson, Senchen, Sinchin, Sintchin, Senchon, Senshon, to name a few...
