Sarah + Cornelius Cooper b. <1779

I'm looking for a Sarah Stockley who was married to Cornelius Cooper. She is listed in the will of Joseph Roseberry in 1799 as his granddaughter, so her mother was most likely a Roseberry (married to unknown Stockley) and already deceased by 1799. This makes Sarah born prior to 1780 since she was already married by 1799. The Roseberry family was from the current day Warren Co., NJ and some of them moved to Northumberland Co., Pennsylvania. They were of Lutheran faith and should be in marriage and baptism records, but I don't know where to look.
