Is there a lost Woodman Stockley

In Whitelaws, Virginia's Eastern Shore, Volume 2, page 1232, it states that Woodman STOCKLEY I moved to Philadelphia (I think he moved to what is now Worcester Co., MD) and died leaving a son Woodman II as heir, who died and left a Woodman III who carried a law suit in General Court to completetion, this all happened around 1754. Does anyone have documentation of this Trial. Thanking you, Jim Kirby
