On 13 January 1724/25, the heirs of Jacob KOLLOCK sold Woodman STOCKLEY, Yeoman 550 acres Sussex Co., DE Deed Book F(6) page 134) and on 2 August, 1731, Woodman STOCKLEY sold 173 acres of that parcel to Ann SANDERS, widow of John SANDERS (Sussex Co., DE Deed Book F(6) page 409) and then on 15 December, 1738, Anne SANDERS, widow, sold the 173 acres to Archibald HOPKINS and Oliver and Woodman STOCKLEY, Senr. witnessed the deed, and then on 21 February, 1738/39, Anne Sanders appointed her SON-IN-LAW, Woodman STOCKLEY. Esq. to be her lawful attorney (Sussex Co., DE Deed Book G(7) page 307. Does anyone have more info on Anne and John SANDERS, are they the parents of Woodman's wife, Mary? Is Woodman STOCKLEY, yeoman, Senr. and Esq., the same person? Is this Woodman STOCKLEY, the one that was married to Mary?
