Results are posted for Thomas Stokes b 1761 NC S-24 R1b1b2 and these families have a 12/12 match with one another. Thomas Stokes and his son Singleton Stokes are in Greenville County, South Carolina in 1830 . He will be posted with Group 2 Lineage Group. Singleton Stokes m. Mary "Polly" Stokes who is in the line of David Stokes m. Margaret Dupree. S-9 is also in the line of David Stokes and Margaret Dupree. This would suggest that Singleton Stokes m. Mary "Polly" Stokes were probably cousins and both would be "genetically" related to those Stokes families in Group 2.
