My maiden name is Stora. My great-grandfather was Tomas Stora. He married a woman named Anna and had a few children in Slovakia and more in the US. My parents have found some records of the Storas through Ellis Island. Anna's second time through was in 1904. Supposedly she went back to visit some family and then returned. They haven't found Anna's first time through, but have found Tomas. Tomas and Anna had around a dozen children (my parents know this better) including Emery Francis my paternal grandfather. This branch of the Stora family settled in W PA and then later in W Michigan.
