2nd Day, Morgan Circuit Court May Term 1849 p208-209

Petition to settle real estate and Settle as insolvent
Comes the said petitioner
and on the motion it is order that Cyrus Whetzell and Robert Smith--and they are hereby appointed appraisers to appraise the lot mentioned in said petition, towit: Lot No 20 in the town of Waverly in said county. Hereupon the said Cyrus Whetzel and Robert Smith come into Court and are now duly sworn in open Court as such appraisers according to law and thereupon the said appraisers file their report which said report is in these words and figures following, towit:
We the undersigned appraisers appointed by the Probate Court at its May term 1849 being duly sworn in open court do appraise the following real estate of Andrew M Stotts, decd towit:
Lot No 20 in the town of Waverly in said county at the sum of Fifty Dollars $50.00
Cyrus Whetzel
Robert Smith
and day is given
