A. J. Stotts To David G. Stotts Feb 12, 1872

This Indenture Witnesseth that Andrew J. Stotts and Evaline Stotts his wife of Gentry county in the state of Missouri Convey and forever Quitclaim to David G. Stotts of Morgan County in the State of Indiana for the sum of Thirty Dollars ($30) the following desented Real Estate in Morgan County in the State of Indiana towit:
The south East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Eleven, Township Eleven of Range One East containing Sixty acres more or less.
In Witness whereof the said Andrew J. Stotts and Evaline Stotts have here unto in their hand and seals this 25th day of October 1871
