James H Stotts To David G Stotts Feb. 12, 1872
This Indenture made of the 27th day of october A.D. One Thousand Eight hundred and seventy two by and between james H. Stotts and Margaret his wife of the county of Nodanay and State of Missouri. the party of the first part and David G. stotts of the County of Morgan and State of Indiana of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of thirty ($30) dollars to them paid by the said party of the second part the reciept of whereof is hereby acknowledged the f9ollowing desented lots, tract, or parcels of land lying being and situated in the county of Morgan and State of Indiana court: The South east quarter of the North East quarter of Section Eleven (11) Township eleven (11) of Range One (1) East containing forty acres more or less. To Have and to Hold the same with all the right ammenities final-and appertenances thereto belonging unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever so that neither the said party of the first part nor their heirs nor any other person or persons for them or in their names behalf shall---offer claim or demand any right -- unto the aforesaid premises or any part thereof, but they and every of them shall by there presense be excluded and forever barred.
In Witness whereoff the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hand and seal the day and time above written.

Be it remember that on this 27th day of October 1871 before the undersigned a notary Public within and for the County of Noddonay and State of Misouri personally came James H. Stotts and Margaret Stotts his wife whom personally known to me to be the same persns whose names are described to the foregoing instruments of as parties thereto acknowledged the same to be their act and deed for the purpose otherin mentioned. And the said Margaret Stotts being by oe first made--of the contents of said instrument upon and examination seperate and apart from her husband acknowledged that she examined the same and relinquished her dower in the real Estate therein mentioned freely and without fear compulsion or undo influence of her said husband. In Testomy whereof I have here to set my hand and affixed my official seal at my office in Barnard the day and year first above wirtten.
I certify that the Deed of which the above Valentine Korrell Notary Public is a lone copy was duly stamped W. T. Craig RME.
