This Indenture wittneseth that David C. Stotts and Elizabeth J. Stotts of Andrew County in the State of Missouri Convey and forever Quitclaim to David G. Stotts of Morgan County state of Indiana for the sum of Thirty dollars the following described Real Estate situated in Morgan County in the State of Indiana towit:
The Southeast quarter of the north East quarter of Section Eleven. (11) Township Eleven (110Rangeone(1) East containging Forty Acres more or less. In Witness whereof the said David C. Stotts and Elizabeth J. Stotts have hereunto set their hand and seal this 25 day of October 1871.

Before me CB Noinkly Judge of the probate court in and for said county the 25th day of October 1871 personally appeared David C. Stotts and Elizabeth J. Stotts his wife and acknowledge the execution of the above Deed.

above is a true copy was dully stamped Judge of Probate
as proved by Act of Congress and Recorded Feb. 12, 1872 at 10 AM.
