And the said admt, is now duly sworn as such in open court. And it is ordered that letters of administration, ____ _____ to said David G. Stotts which is now done and _____cause is now continued which said oath and letters are in these words and figures following towit: I do solemnly swear that I will honestly and faithfully discharge the duties and trusts committed to me as administrator de bouis now of the estate of Andrew M. Stotts deceased according to law.

Sworn to and subscribed in open court 10th day of Feb 1846 I James Jackson clerk of the Probate court in and for the County of Morgan in the State of Indiana do hereby certify that administration of the goods, chattels, rights, credits money and effects to which were of Andrew M. Stotts late of Morgan county deceased who died intestate, is granted to David G. Stotts and the said David G. Stotts having qualified and given bond as administration of such according to law.
Witness my hand and the seal of said Court this 11th day of said court this 11th day of Feb in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and fort-six.
