Such administrator after deducting all proper costs and charges that a final settlement of said estate may be had, towit: Estate of Andrew M. Stotts, deceased.
And afterwards, towit: At the November term of said Court held as aforesaid before the Judge first aforesaid, towit: On Tuesday the thirteenth day of November, in the year of our Lord One Thousand and eight hundred and forty-nine, It being the second Judicial day of said term.
Comes the administrator of said estate and on motion I is ordered the David G. Stotts have leave to withdraw a note by hm, herein filed against said estate for the sum of Three hundred and sixty dollars made payable to James Stotts and assigned to said David G. Stotts bearing date March 23, 1837 and due March 23rd 1839 with interest from date and the matter of said estate is continued.
And afterward towit: At the August term of said court held as aftersaid, before the Honorable Hiram Mathews associate Judge of the Circuit court of Morgan county Indiana.The honorable John W. Richards judge of the said Probate court being absent, towit: On Monday, the eighteenth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty-one. It being the seventh Individual day of said term.
On motion, It is ordered that David G. Stotts the administrator de bouis now of said estate be cited to appear in this court on the first day of the next term thereof. and ____to make and file an account current exhibiting fully and completely all receipts and expenditures and the exact amount in his hands and the deductions proper to be made there from for his charges and expenses as such Administrator, that a final settlement of said estate may be had and this cause is continued.
And afterwards, towit: At the November term of said Probate Court held as aforesaid, before the Judge first aforesaid, towit: On Wednesday the twelth day of November, in the

Year last aftersaid It being the third Judicial day of said term.
It is ordered and writs of citation issue against the Administrator of the following estate requiring him to appear in this court on the first day of the next term of this court and make and file account current exhibiting fully and completely all receipts and expenditure and the exact amount in his hands and the deductions proper to be made therefrom for his charges and expenses as such administrator that a final settlement of said estate may be had, towit:
Estate of Andrew M. Stotts, Deceased
And afterwards, towit: at the same term of said Probate Court first aforesaid, held as aforesaid before the Judge first aforesaid, towit: On Tuesday the tenth day of February in the year first aforesaid It being the second Judicial day of said term.
Names David G. Stotts Admt. of said estate and on his motion, It is ordered that he be allowed the sum of twenty four dollars for his services as such admt. and said Admt. now files his account current herein in these words and figures, towit:
