Personally came in open court the said admit
David G. Stotts who being sworn according to law on his
oath says that the foregoing acount current is true &
further saith not.
Subscribed & sworn to in open court this 10th day of
February 1852 O.R. Dougherty Clerk
by S. Reynolds Dupt
And a final settlement of said estate being now made.
And it appearing that said admt has paid out all the
Assets in his hands, on motion it is ordered that he be discharged from any further duties as such administrator.
