Not related.......just a lookup
Per the info from their marr record....he is listed as 'of', Kansas City, Jackson Co, MO & Minnie is of St. Joseph, Buchanan Co, MO. This usually refers to where they are living at the time of the marriage.
Per his WW1 Draft Registration

bn 01 Apr 1879
He is working in Kansas City, Missouri
And he & Minnie are living at S. 19th, Kansas City,Kansas
signed: 12 Sept 1918
After spending some time trying to locate him on census records.....he was hard to find. But I believe I may have found him. He is the only 'close match' I found.
William Martin Stover appears to be the same as:
s/o M. M. Stover bn 1841 PA and Kate J. Anderson.

Frank Stover....4 bn KS
Estella Stover...2 bn KS

Katherine Ray (mother) is living with her married son Arthur H Ray and single son....Carl, div dau....Ida.
