Not Related......just a lookup
He is alive and well on the
1900 GA, Hall Co, Gainsville City census
Nathan Stover 75 bn Nov 1824 GA md 40yrs
Elizabeth Stover 62 bn Oct 183712kids/7 alive
Nora Stover 22 bn May 1878dau
Minnie Stover 21 bn Apr 1879dau
Nathan's occupation is Blacksmith on the 1880 GA, White Co census and on the above 1900 census it is gun smith.
Found a TREE on this family group that listed both wives and their children. There appears to be an error with the 'twins' Rosanna & Satire listed.....the only set of twins, that lived, were born in Jan 1870 NOT 1879 as was stated.
Rosetta & Satire Stover are listed as twins, 5months bn Jan, on the 1870 GA, White Co, Shoal Creek twp census. This census was taken 20 Jun 1870.......so the twins were born Jan 1870. On this 1870 census Nathan's occupation is Cariage Maker.Sometimes small details like the order of birth for the children can help in your search.
They are again listed as Rosetta & Satira on the 1880 census
but now their age is 8 but based on the 1870 census should be 10.
I was not able to find anything later on any of them. Hope something here will be of help
Marsha
