I am seeking information on Della STRADER VERNON and her family. Della is my gg grandmother. She was born on June 6, 1879, in West Plains, Mo., and died July 6, 1954, (most likely in St. Francis, Ark.) according to her obit. She was married to Perry Ambrose (or Ammbers) VERNON in 1902. Della and Perry are buried in the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Ark. I have an obit that lists her as the brother of Harve A. STRADER (b. ? d. Sept. 25, 1953 (?) date scribbled on obit copy - not included in the type). Harve's obit says he was a native of Mt. Grove, Mo., former resident of Cardwell, Mo., and was living in Rector, Ark., at the time of his death. He is buried at Cardwell. His wife's name was Nora and they had four sons, Dave and Gene STRADER of Cardwell, Glennie STRADER of St. Louis, and L.C. STRADER of Rector. Any help on this branch will be appreciated - my trail has ran cold. I'll be happy to share info about Della (sometimes written Delia instead) and her family.
