My greatgrandfather was married to Melissa Strader Adams. Her first husband, Isaac Adams, died and she married my greatgrandfather John W. Shively in 1881. John W. Shively's first wife was Hannah Peatte. Melissa Strader Adams Shively is buried with John W. Shively in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Madison County, Indiana. Melissa's father was Levi Strader born abt 1816 in Ohio and her mother was Elizabeth Robb born Sept. 12, 1819 in Ohio. Melissa Strader was born April 25, 1854 in Cumberland County, Illinois.
