Dear Kinney:--Let me know what you are looking for specifically, and I will see what I can provide. As for me, I do not have all of the children, and their birthdates, of Daniel Gentis (My notes are that he was the founder of the Gentis family in America) and Eva Foglesog--of whom I have no information.I would like to know the names of their parents and their children.

My ancestor, Magdalene Gentis was the 2nd wife of Frederick Strausburg, Sr. Perhaps she was a sister or mother to your Eva who m. Jacob Kinney. Magdalene would be my g-g-g-grandmother. My grandmother was Berth Elmeda Strausberg.

In notes from p. 587 of Biographical Memoirs of Grant County, IN Grant County Library: They list the children of Magdalene Gentis and Frederick Strausburg, Sr. as--George, Isaac, Mary, Catherine, Julia, Betsey, EVA, Lulu Sally, Barbara, Daniel Jr. who m. cousin Nancy Genis, infant deceased, Johanna, John and Magdalene.
Best, Marilyn Gilbert Komechak
