NOTE: Veda Strickle was the 1st wife of Ulysses Stanley SLUSHER, son of George Washington SLUSHER & Mary Amanda LeVECK - Ulysses born 6 Jun 1897 Lumberton, Clinton County, Ohio - died 29 Jun 1993 Heathergreene II Nursing Home Jamestown, Greene County, Ohio - buried 2 Jul 1993 Silverceek I Cemetery, Jamestown, Ohio - Ulysses & Veda sometime bef 1923 and divorced sometime efore 1930 - They had one son, Willard Stanley SLUSHER (born 21 Jun 1923 Silvercreek Township, Green County, Ohio - died 25 Nov 1993 Houston, Harris County, Texas).

Funeral Rites to
Be Held Monday

Veda Strickle, 36, died at the
residence of her parents, 48 Bolton
st. at 6 p. m. Saturday following
an illness of six years. She was
born in Port William, O., and
moved here six years ago.
Survicing are her parents,
Frank M. And Emma Strickle;
one son, Willard; two brothers,
Ned and Herman, and one sister,
Mrs. Nelson Baker, all of Dayton.
Funeral services will be held at
2 p.m. Monday at the Arthur
Fiuneral home in Wilmington, O.
Burial will be in Port Willaim.
