George C. Striegel's father is Thomas Striegel his mother Catherina Krauss.
They appear on the 1867 Fourteen Holy Helpers church parish census see:

I wrote to the church and received copies of the Striegel marriages, and deaths from that church and am currently waiting for the births. The marriage of Lawrence Striegel and his brother George happened in the same month. George married Magdalena Sauter. Lawrence married Clara Knab...Lawrence and Clara are my husbands great-grandparents.
I would love to exchange info.
