Hi again..
I posted a message a little while ago, but it does not seem to have arrived; so will give a general rundown on previous message.
I too am looking for Stringfellow's in Lancaster, England. I don't know where chorley is, in relation to Liverpool, but my Margaret Stringfellow was born in Liverpool, about 1787; and if I found the right Margaret..(yet to varify), then she was christened on April 16, 1787, St Paul, St. Paul's Square, Liverpool, Lancaster.
Margaret married Edmund Howard, in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, 1827. Edmund was born about 1787, Rochdale, Lancaster.
I have yet to discover the reasons pertaining to their relocation, to Australia.
If anyone could help me with information regarding these people, and their ancestors, I would be most grateful.
