Dear Ms. Sheaffer:

I read the your two messages regarding the Stringfellow(s) and you mentioned having traced them back to England. I was wondering if you could help me out. My maternal grandmother was a Stringfellow of Navarre, Stark Co., Ohio. I have traced the Stringfellow line to Pierce Stringfellow, b. 1795 in Chester Co., Penna. and d. aft 1857 in Ohio. I am almost sure that Pierce is his middle name. I found Pierce and his sons Benjamin and Samuel having originated from Chester Co. through reading Ohio census.
Could you please help me?
Thank you

Jo Ann Oborski (
