Children of Townshend Stringfellow and Mary Davis

The genealogical research of the family of James Madison Stringfellow b November 24 1734 Stafford, Virginia generally have lost the eldest child listed in the family record as John Stringfellow b 30 Nov 1756. The research records I have found conclude he probably died before 1815 as he is not shown with his brothers in his Uncle Henry's will. It is true he did die before this date, but the reason no other records were found of him is due to the fact he did not use the name of John in his adult life, he was known as Townshend (spelling variations) Stringfellow. This I was able to determine by study of the tax lists of Stafford, Virginia and Woodford, Kentucky. Townshend married Mary Davis about 1780 and they had at least two children Charlotte (my second great grandmother) b abt 1783 and Elizabeth b abt 1796. I feel certain there must have been other children, probably girls, as I don't find any pertinent records of unidentified male Stringfellows. Townshend and Mary, along with Townshend's sister Elizabeth who was married to John Suter, and Mary's brother Thomas Davis and others migrated to Woodford County, Kentucky about 1793, established by the tax lists of the respective counties. Townshend died about 1795 as Mary is shown on the tax list 0f Woodford County in 1796 with no male tithables, another indication there were no male children. Marriage records show Mary then married William Suter (the brother of John who was married to Elizabeth Stringfellow) 6 February 1797. Mary's brother Thomas Davis was the bondsman for her. William Suter was the bondsman for the marriage of the other identified daughter of Townshend and Mary, Elizabeth Stringfellow when she (Elizabeth) married Alexander Snellen 5 January 1820. I am very interested in finding any other information as to other children of Townshend Stringfellow and Mary Davis. I wwill be happy to share any information I have as to the family.
