Does anyone know the story behind the gravestone of A. H. (Alexander Houston) Stringfellow? It says" Here lies the leg of A. H. Stringfellow" and it is in a cemetery in TX. How did he lose the leg and where is the rest of his body buried?
A cousin sent me a picture of the gravestone and now I am curious about his leg !
