Thanks for your help. I will look at those sites and hopefully it will help explain the naming practices. I believe that Swedes love to change their names. My great grandfather even did it here in the US when someone didn't close the "o" in Strobeck and he became Strubeck. Most of them also Americanized their names. Makes it a little tricky sometimes to track them! Thank you, Laura
