This offer has been accepted, so is no longer open. Test results show that Adam STROUP (1746-1835) is, indeed, a biological son of Jacob STROUP I (1722-1804/5), but that he is not the biological father of Jacob STROUP II (1771-1846).

It *appears* that Jacob II may be a stepson of Adam, possibly being a child of Adam's wife, Catherine, from a prior marriage of hers. DNA suggests Catherine's possible prior marriage *may* have been to a BIDDLE.
