I just found your reply, I have a number of sons for David who is a son of Adam Stroup. David born circa 1786 and his wife Margaret Inglefinger Stroupe raised several sons and one grandson (Samuel). At least this is what I could put together. I have not found a James, but someone might be using a nickname and their real name is James.

My line is through David and Margaret's daughter Malinda Stroup who married William Redman.

I am putting this family together using an estate paper for Solomon Stroup, who I believe is David & Margaret's son because of land records. My Malinda & William Redman are listed in the estate paper, because of this some feel Malinda is Solomon's daughter. I think they are too close in age and using census Solomon & Caroline Miller Stroup did not appear to have any children.

Would you please list who you have as children for the David and Margaret Inglefinger Stroup family?

Thank you so much for your response and I look forward to your reply.

Sandy
