OK, I found Ida in the census, though it appears her husband was James Henry HARRIS. I've extracted the records and created a page for her:

Based on the 1910 census record, Guy STROUP appears to have been Ida's child, born out of wedlock before she married James. Probably the only hope of identifying Guy's father would be through Y-chromosome DNA testing a descendant, specifically, a male surnamed STROUP who descends from Guy on a patrilineal (direct male) line.
Also based on the censuses, in addition to Donald, Virgil, and Oretha/Aretha, James & Ida had a son, John W. HARRIS, apparently named for James's father, John W. HARRIS.
