Update:
1st: Someone with a book of all Stark County cemetery records contacted me and none of the people I am interested are buried in Stark County, at least in a recorded/marked grave.
2nd: I found a copy of the original land patent for John Charles Stroub and the township was recorded wrong by the person that transscribed the legal description for the land. The land is actuelly in township 14 range 7, which would put it near present day leesville in the SE corner of Carroll County Ohio,
