Thank you so much for taking the trouble to post this extract. I had quite a bit on Charles's parents, but I didn't know much about Charles beyond his name and birth date and place. For anyone interested, I've created a family group sheet for Charles & Annetta at my web site:

http://dgmweb.net/genealogy/FGS/Stro/StroupCharlesEdward-AnnettaFreeman.shtml

I've added their census extractions, which confirm that their children were Charles and Jean. Charles was unmarried and living in Billings, MT, in 1910. Charles & Annetta were in Billings, MT, in 1920 and 1930.

Charles is a descendant of Johann Pieter STRAUB, the 1733 immigrant to Philadelphia, on this line:

Johann Pieter STRAUB I & Maria
_Mathias Andreas STRAUB & Catharine DELONG
__Johann Peter STROUP & Rosanna KOSER
___George STROUP & Arabella STAMBAUGH
____George M. STROUP & Mary Ellen MARTIN
_____Charles Edward STROUP & Annetta FREEMAN

Thanks again.
