2 STROUT Brothers from England!

Albert Sears wrote the book "The Founding of Pearsontown (Standish), Maine, published by Heritage Books, Inc. and copyrighted by Standish Historical Society in 1991.

On Page 175, is an account of the death of Abraham YORK. It was written by a Mary Greenleaf. She was the dau. of Nathanial DAVIS & Nancy York. Here's the "dilemma....

"About 300 yrs ago, 2 YORKS and 2 STROUTS came from England and settled on Cape Cod Massachusetts."

Now, as there is some question about Christopher STROUTs (wife of Sarah PICKE)DOB, this statement brings up an interesting point for discussion.

Anyone got thoughts on this?
