Hi, I'm looking for any information about Mary Bannister. I believe she is the daughter of one of my great aunts or uncles of the McLean family who were from Cape Breton Island, moved to Maine. My grandmother was Henrietta Bell McLean, born 1883. Mary Pringle was my great grandmother, she married Donald McLean, I believe on Cape Breton Island, NS in the mid 1800s. They had 13 or 14 children: Angus, John, Donald, perhaps a Mary, 2 Amelias (one died as a child) the was Amelia B. (nic named Babe, who married a Strout and lived in South Portland, Maine until at least the 1970s, and Henrietta Bell McLean, my grandmother born on August 15, 1883. She married Harrison Williams, they had 5 children, John Lee, Edward, George Hughie, Nancy Amelia (who died of heart problems in the 1940s in Morristown, Tennessee), and my mom, Mary Alice. There is also a Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Fowler of Maine, this was one of my grandmother's sisters who married a C.C. Fowler, they lived there in the early 1900s. Please let me know if you know any of these people or their relatives.
