Hi there...
My name is Mark Merritt from Maine... and I am researching my family geneology. I have a great grandmother who was a STROUT...and have no info on her and am trying to nail down that line and get some info ...

My great grandmother LUCY STROUT was married to Captain Wilmot Wass (jr). I have no dates on Lucy except that she MARRIED Capt. Wilmot Wass on May 8th, 1762 in or near Falmouth, Maine. Capt. Wilmot Wass (jr) was born in 1740 in Windsor, CT and he died before Feb 25th, 1827 at about age 87. Capt. Wilmot Wass and LUCY STROUT had a son named CHRISTOPHER WASS.

Christopher Wass was born Jun 1st, 1768 in Addison, Maine. Christopher died on July 21st, 1829 in Addison Maine. Christopher's wife was Mary (Polly) Dyer of Addison / Portland; Mary/Polly was born 1772.

I am at an end with Lucy and have NO info on her or ANY of her lines further back...IF you have ANY info on her PLEASE SHARE !!! ...lol

thanks for your time

Mark Merritt
