Yes, these are the correct people. Ann was the daughter of Jarvis Cooley according to the Vital Records of Truro, which I can find if you search online. The entry for Ann is on page 12. I want to see the original microfiche of these as I cannot find a Jarvis Cooley anywhere and believe it may be a mistranscription.

You are right, those places are in Maine. Until that time, they were under the governance of Maine, but had their own tradition of governance dating from 1630's as Anglican-based community. They were not Puritan sympathists so had very independent viewpoint about things.
Christopher Strout would have been instrumental in establishing the new town Truro, Massachusetts out on Cape Cod. Eastham, Masssachusetts was the name of the other town, and has lots of OLD Pilgrim related ties to Plymouth.
