I believe the information that you have may be wrong. The Christopher Strout born to Anthonye Strout and Mary Olyver in 1631 died 18 May 1671 shortly after the birth of his last child. This birth and death are in the Egloshayle records. I don't know of any primary evidence that supports the birth in 1655 although I agree that it is logical. The net, as I see it, is we just don't have any evidence of the birth of the Christopher Strout that m. Sarah Picke.
