I have a GGGfather Mortimer D Sullivan b 1848 in Ire., also have info being b. in Wales to Daniel and Catherine Sullivan. Mortimer has one sister known of, Johanna b.1851. Mortimer married Hanora Hickey b. March 1852 in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales daughter of Patrick and Catherine Hickey. Mortimer/Honora children born in Wales: Johanna March 1874, John, October 1877, Margaret 1881. Four more b in US. Info from family members has them being from Merthyr Tydfil, to Canada then to Rhode Island mid-1880's. I am unable to find any emmigration info to either the US or Canada.
