Carol: My gggrandfather, JAMES SWAIN, was apparently born in NC, perhaps between 1825-1850. He apparently moved to IL where my ggrandfather, ANDREW JACKSON SWAIN, was born in 1865/67. Are there any connections that you are aware of to the James you site? Will
appreciate any assistance. It's been a long, long search.
