Swain in Wilson / Rutherford Co., TN

Anyone out there related to the Swain families of Wilson and Rutherford Counties in Tennessee?

I am researching the family of William Swain (born ca. 1784- NC) who appears as early as 1840 in Wilson Co. He appears to have had ten children according to the Chancery Court minutes of the county. Three daughters and seven sons. Two of the sons appear to be named William (Wm. B. & Wm. M. Swain). I have no information on them nor their brother, John H. Swain. They appear to have lived in the Gladeville, TN area. Some moved across into Rutherford and Davidson Counties where Percy Priest Lake presently exists.

Has anyone heard of this family yet? It's a troubling puzzle that is slowly coming together, but I would more than happy to share what pertinent information I have. Any and all responses would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Jason Goodrich
Leoma, Tennessee
