Hi,
I have been desperately trying to find information on my GGGrandfather. His first name is supposed to be Myers. The last name has been spelled several different ways. I know of Robison, Robinson, Roberson, etc. I did find a Myers Roberson in the 1850 census and a Mires Roberson in the 1860 census. I also had a correspondence from someone that suggested that the first name could be Marrs.
His son, my GGrandfather, was named Richard W. Robison and was born in McNairy Co. in 1852. Richard married Martha Jane Swain, daughter of Sergent Jasper Swain, in 1872 in Mcnairy Co. They left McNairy Co. sometime after that and arrived in Eastern Oregon around 1880.
Any information or leads that someone could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
