Solomon Swain Nantucket to Ohio

Hello all, I'm following a possible lead on one of my ancestors. Mary ? married James Seward possibily in Cincinnati Ohio. James died ca 1817 leaving Mary with 4 young children. Mary then re-married to my ancestor Edmund Cooper. At the time of Mary's second marriage, her 4 young children were assigned a guardian names Solomon Swain.

From what I see, Solomon Swain was born ca 1770 in Nantucket and diedn 1824 in Springfield Ohio

Does anyone have any info on Solomon? Could Mary be his daughter?

The four young childrens names were Louisa Seward (B March 4 1809), James Seward (B 9 Feb 1811), George Seward (B 7 Feb 1814) and Jackson Seward (B 5 April 1815)

Any help would be appreciated!
