1806 tax records of Franklin Co. Georgia
1820 census of Lawrence Co., TN
1830 census of McNairy Co., TN
1840 census of Tishomingo Co., MS
1845 Territorial Census of Tishimingo, Co. MS
Deseased by 1850

The following are BELIEVED to be his children:
William Swain
Rhoda Swain b GA circe 1795 md. Andrew Brown
John Swain, Jr. born ca 1800
Elizabeth Swain md. Wm. Caleb Wharton
Susanna Swain md. Seaburn Jones
Riley Swain md. Hariett
Wilson Swain md. Martha Estes
Rachel Swain md. Wm. Rankin
