I would like to have information on Josiah Swain. He had a son named Stephen Albert Swain who married Susan Walker in 1877 in Marion County Ga. Susan's father was Josiah Walker b. 1813 d. 1869. Josiah's first born son was Stephen Swain Walker. In the 1860 Marion County Census Stephen Swain lived a few doors, not many, from Josiah Walker's family. From this I assume that there was a connection. Josiah Walker's wife was Ada Jourdan so Stephen wasn't named after her family. If any one can tie these two family's together I would be very gratefull. Thanks so much, donna
