I have just posted a message regarding a search for Jarel Swain. Following my post I did a search of Linn Co., Iowa and picked up only your message. I don't see the connection between our searches yet but it is interesting that the daughter of Jarel was born in Linn Co., Iowa on March 31, 1861 which puts the two Swain families in the same county at essentially the same time. Wonder if you can help me in my search?
