ALL of your other information corresponds with mine other than Nimrod and Lettice settled in Anderson (CO?,District?)
SOUTH CAROLINA. See" Greenwood County Sketches" by Margaret Watson. I cannot explain the "whys" other than in ONE newspaper article by Leonardo Andrea he states that Jesse and Matilda moved to Tennesse ...prehaps the family just did not stay in touch. HOWEVER Talitha became MY heroine when I learned that she and Jesse moved to Georgia with 8 children in a COVERED WAGON to "Indian Country" ca 1834 from near Pendleton,S.C. I did post
my proofs this A.M. IT IS A SMALL,SMALLL, world after all!
Talitha is my great,great Grandmother.
