Hi Denise.

Thank you for the reply. I think that we have two different Rachel Swains. Mine was born in McNairy County Tennessee in 1862. She married Solomon Terrell Teague in Newton County Arkansas in 1879. They moved from there to Oregon in 1910.
Martha J. Swain married Richard Robinson in Tennessee, and they moved to Oregon in the early 1900's. Richard passed away in Gilliam county, Martha remarried, twice we think, and passed away at Condon Oregon. Martha and Rachels parent is (supposedly) Sergent Jasper Swain of Tennessee and later Missouri.
This is the line I was working on.
Thank you again for the reply. Maybe our paths will cross somewhere down the line!
Laura
