Elizabeth Heasman born 1826 in Lambeth was married to Henry Higgs in St Marys, Lambeth, England in 1845. IGI shows the only Elizabeth Heasman born around the same years was born 1826 at St Mary, Newington, Surrey to a John Swain and Ann Heasman. Ann Heasman had 5 children from 1820 to 1826 and 4 were listed as the illegitimate children of herself and John Swain, deceased. A son John is listed on the IGI baptised 1823 in Lambeth to John Steady and Ann. One of the daughters on her marriage and death certificates listed her parents as Ann Heasman and John Steady, a builder. A John Steady was married to/lived with/connected to an Ann Heasman in Lambeth, Surrey, England, UK. Confusing? Can anyone shed any light on this family?
