I found burial records for that guy and his wife in the Swain Cemetery, Newton Co., Arkansas. He died August 8, 1926, and his wife Frona died June 15, 1936. Your John R. Swain was a widower living with Fannie in 1930. So, clearly not the same guy. I don't have a clue where John Riley Swain was before 1930. Janice Notify Administrator about this message?
