Eliakim Swain, b. 1 Apr. 1763, d. Dec. 1819, Tyrrell Co., NC. was the son of James Swain, Sr. and Anne Jennett. Elikiam Swain's wife was also named Anne Jennett, dau. of John and Anne Jennett. Anne Jennett, wife of James Swain was the dau. of Abraham & Mary Jennett, thus this might create some confusion.
