Tom,the information I have on a Eleazer Swain is brother to John Swain , Father was Cornelius Swain . Cornelius left Tyrrell county someitme after 1798 or early 1800.he saw service inthe Revolutionary War.
I don't know if this helps and I may have just duplicated something you already have.
